Turnstile Consulting is led by Patrick McMaster, most recently VP of Marketing & Communications at Philadelphia Zoo, where he managed a sponsorship portfolio exceeding $1M and led campaigns spanning membership, digital, and paid media.
Before that, Patrick spent years building corporate sponsorship and group sales programs at Dover International Speedway (sponsorship portfolios exceeding $2M annually), the Trenton Thunder, and Ripken Baseball — a career built entirely inside ticketed, visitor-driven organizations.
That background is the whole premise of Turnstile: attractions aren't marketed like consumer brands. Revenue comes from gate, membership, and sponsorship all at once, and a strategy that only optimizes one of those levers leaves money on the table.
Today, Turnstile brings that same discipline to clients directly — primarily as embedded sponsorship sales support, and as fractional marketing leadership for teams that need senior strategy without a full-time hire.
Most sponsorship consultants hand over a strategy deck and move on. Turnstile works differently — plugging directly into your sales process, joining prospect calls, sharpening pitch materials, and helping carry deals across the finish line alongside your team.
The goal isn't a binder of recommendations. It's revenue booked. Every engagement is held to the same standard we applied running $1M–$2M+ sponsorship portfolios ourselves: dollars closed, not hours billed.
Engagements are scoped to what your team actually needs — from a focused, one-time media audit to an ongoing fractional CMO retainer. Tell us where you're stuck
We sit alongside your team on real sponsor calls and negotiations, not just reviewing decks after the fact.
Success is measured in sponsorship dollars closed and portfolio growth, not deliverables checked off.
Existing relationships with brands and corporate partners that can open doors your team doesn't have yet.
